#DontShameTheShrug – Episode 1

In a world of overhead athletes, pull ups and reaching up for cups on high shelves, the burning question of “what do I do with my shoulder blades?” has always given rise to a conflicting answers on whether to allow your shoulders to shrug or to pull them back and down.

In our very own (very low budget) miniseries on this topic, I’ll take you through why a shoulder shrug is a perfectly normal motion when moving your arm above your head and why you should

never, ever… Shame the shrug 🙋🏻‍♂️

In Episode 1, I talk a little about the general anatomy of the shoulder, normal movements and where this confusion stems from.

Enjoy the show! 🍿🥤
