shoulder shrugging, of course!
It it hasn’t sunk in yet, shoulder shrugging is a normal part of any overhead motion and should not be “shamed”
in other words, stop pulling your shoulders back and down when you’re doing any overhead activity. it can ultimately harm your shoulder and cause you discomfort and/or pain.
